Career History

Peter is an experienced executive coach, organisational psychologist and strategic change consultant with 20 years experience in the industry. He is the founding Director of 4Points.

He has coached and consulted to over 35 organisations. This has included executive teams, CEO’s, general managers, executives and leaders in federal and state government departments, IBM, PFD, CPS, ABC, Monash University, Melbourne University, Alcoa, Brookfield, Random House, and members of parliament.

Peter specialises in assisting leaders shift from a focus on technical excellence to developing deeper skills in leadership, influence and strategic thinking. Peter is also an expert team coach; assisting senior leaders develop more cohesive and effective working teams. He has extensive experience in consulting to team dynamics. 

He works collaboratively with organisations to create direction and strategies for organisational effectiveness. He is particularly interested in systems thinking and exploring sustainable approaches to change. He is the convenor of a range of highly innovative change initiatives that have been implemented in organisations across Australia. 

Peter is currently engaged in a range of projects covering corporate, community and government sectors. His time is split between executive coaching, team coaching, designing people/organisational change strategy and as managing partner of 4Points. 

Peter currently sits on a range of advisory panels and boards for community and not–for profit organisations. He is a highly engaging speaker who has presented widely internationally and nationally on workplace coaching and change. He has appeared in Australia's print, television and radio media. 

Peter and other 4Points staff regularly contributes pro bono services to the not for profit sector.

Peter is a nationally registered psychologist and has Masters qualifications in organisational dynamics/business and graduate qualifications in Philosophy.

Peter is one of Australia's most sought after coaches and organisational thinkers.
