Mark is an expert facilitator and coach who works with individuals and teams to develop sustainable and effective work practices. He has a 25 year early to mid-career corporate background prior to his current consulting work. He has experience in market analysis, strategic corporate direction, strategic sales development, account management, corporate relations, negotiations and employee management. He has led various organisational change processes from executive positions – effectively transitioning his people through organisational growth, downturns, culture change, restructures and joint venture partnerships.
Mark is passionate about developing high performing teams and promoting workplace wellbeing and resilience. He is a published researcher in workplace wellbeing, has authored several workplace wellbeing programs, and has presented at numerous conferences and workplace symposiums. He has two Master’s degrees in the mental health field, and is sought for his expertise in aligning productivity and wellbeing at work.
Mark is a highly experienced facilitator and team coach. He has worked with multiple corporate and not-for-profit environments to increase team engagement and effectiveness.
Mark is an accredited gestalt psychotherapist with twelve years’ experience in the field with a focus on mental and emotional wellbeing at work.
