Trevor is an organisational strategist, leader of specialists and otherwise talented people. He spends his time co-ordinating and inspiring others to achieve beyond their expectations. His main interest is in the use of systems and design principles in the development of strategy. He has successfully lead major transformation projects in the government and corporate sectors.
Alison lives by the maxim that life is too short to spent time on the pursuit of the unimportant. As such, her energy is devoted to helping individual’s to understand their values and identify and address barriers to achieving their goals and personal fulfilment.
With 15 years leading teams from Budapest to Benin, her experiential-based leadership programs draw both from her direct experience as a former television and media producer and the application of formal psychological studies. Her goal is to inspire and train leaders to be flexible, transformative and happy in their roles.
